South Gate Engineering uses first class NDT companies that are approved by appointment through our ASME Quality Control Manual and can be on a 24hr callout schedule for anytime day or night examinations and/or testing purposes.

Dye Penetrant Testing (PT)
Positive Material Identification (PMI)
Brinell Hardness Testing (BHT)

Additional (third party) Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI)
SGE can perform PWHT on our facility by using 3rd party qualified PWHT companies, we also have access to PWHT ovens for 20′ lg vessels or less.
